Use this page for questions about the ranking, a bid or a message that should not stay public. For placing a bid, go to the bid page.
Write to animebid@skdesu.com. Include the title, the email used on the bid and the payment receipt when the question is about a charge.
Payments
Checkout runs through Stripe. AnimeBid never sees or stores full card numbers. Keep the Stripe receipt: it is the fastest way to trace a bid.
Reports
Messages or links that impersonate someone, promote illegal activity or hide their destination can be removed. Write to the same address with the title and a screenshot or URL.
