Privacy Policy

Information used by the ranking

• Public name, country, category, headline and biography
• Optional website, featured project, YouTube and social links
• Optional public email, phone and address when the owner marks them visible
• Email address kept privately for identification and support
• Email and Gravatar hashes used to identify the profile and request its public avatar from the registration email
• Claim amount, time and payment session identifiers

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. ClaimTop does not receive or store full card numbers. A signed Stripe event is used to confirm that a checkout was paid.

Public and private data

Profile content, ranking history, wins, time at the top and achievements are public. A separate contact email, phone or address appears only when the owner adds it and marks it public.

The login email is stored privately for profile identification, payment support and to send a short-lived access link when the owner asks to edit the public page. That login email never appears on the profile.

Operational logs may temporarily contain request metadata needed to prevent abuse and investigate failures.

Choices and retention

Claim records are kept to preserve the integrity of the public competition. A future verified support channel will handle correction, restriction and privacy requests where legally applicable.
